Nutrition and Goal Coaching

Carozza Fitness is taking its “No Excuses” philosophy one step further, with an accountability plan that leaves no room for excuses, just results. We believe that exercise is only part of the equation in achieving your health and fitness goals. The food you put into your body will directly impact your success, and everyone has their individual needs. We don’t prescribe to fad diets, but we do recognize that there are many tools available for those looking to improve their health and wellness. While our general nutritional advice is straight forward, we recognize that putting it into practice can be difficult. The power of good coaching cannot be underestimated. The right coaches can take sports teams to championships, businesses to greater profit, and individuals to peak performance. The Nutrition Coaching Program at Carozza Fitness uses a variety of methods to help its members:

  • Establish and take action towards achieving nutrition based goals
  • Modifying behaviors in order to achieve those goals
  • Become self-reliant and gain confidence
  • Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments

Our Nutrition Coaching Program is offered in 1 month, 6 month and 12 month packages. Participants will start the program by meeting with one of our Nutrition Coaches who will then determine the best plan for you and of course, your goals!  Each week, participants receive multiple web-based lessons and assignments, an online forum is used to answer questions and provide a support network, and we provide a weekly nutrition blog where members can exchange recipes, success stories, and prepare for the coming week. Nutrition and Goal Coaching Plans

Tier 1: Consisting of six one-on-one sessions spanning the course of three months, this program introduces participants to basic nutritional components and meal planning. Issues such as dealing with cravings, emotional eating and healthy eating on-the-go are all addressed.  Price: $750 plus tax

Tier 2: In this six-month program, participants will meet with their nutritional coach for a total of 12 sessions for a step-by-step, progressive approach to overall wellness. Individual goals will be set and tracked, new foods will be introduced and customized dietary recommendations will be provided.  Price: $1600 plus tax

Tier 3: Our most comprehensive offering, this package provides year-round (a total of 24 sessions) support and accountability for those clients looking to radically improve their quality of life. Participants will learn the importance of healthy, clean foods, managing stress, and setting short and long terms goals, all of which will result in renewed energy for both body and mind.  Price: $3,000 plus tax
